Financing Parameters: |

 |

TCE Capital provides SR&ED tax credit financing
facilities up to $1 million. |

 |
TCE Capital will respond to a completed
financing application within 48 hours. |

 |
Funding is typically advanced within 15 business
days. |

 |
Advance rates are 70% of the gross value of the
Federal and/or Provincial tax credit. The
remaining balance (known as a holdback) is
returned to you net of TCE Capital’s fees once the
payment has been received. |

|

 |
Discount rates range from 2.0-2.5% for each 30
days. |

 |
TCE Capital assesses its financing charges on a
daily basis and only charges for the actual
number of days that the tax credit is
outstanding (from date of advance to date of
collection). Minimum financing term is 60 days. |

 |
First time tax credit filings should be prepared
by a SR&ED Consultant or Accounting firm. |

 |
Funds are advanced on a recourse basis. If the
government does not pay the full amount of the
tax credit, you are responsible to reimburse TCE
Capital for funds owing. |
